As part of NASA’s iGCAS/ACAT (Automatic Collision Avoidance Technology) programs, pilot data needed to be captured on the ground to test the efficacy of various human/machine interface designs. NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center selected Iris Dynamics to provide control loading systems as part of a study conducted at Oshkosh 2015.
